Yesterday, Justin and I took a hike at the Pinnacles in Berea. If you have never gone, you really need to. The view from the top is spectacular. The leaves are just starting to change colors, which made for a few nice pictures. Most importantly, we got to spend some time together enjoying God's awesome creation. What a mighty God!
The view on the way to the West Pinnacle.
One of my favorites from the day:
On the way up, my brave and heroic husband had to save me from this big guy... ;)
And finally, the view from the top. (This picture doesn't do it justice at all...)
We had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to go back to hike the East Pinnacle to see all of God's glory on the other side of the mountain!

fo' sho' if you can't see/feel/hear God in creation at the pinnacles....then i'm gonna pray that you get saved. :)
it's an amazing feeling up there. i miss the pinnacles, but i'm glad I was not there to see that serpent. i'll stick to going when it is still cold.
i'm ready for a martin farm party (mark your calendars-jen's already said it would be white elephant), ale 8 (even though i'm addicted to a drink called "guarana" here-i mean, it's real bad), friends, family, walking around barefoot everywhere, driving (maybe), and my church family :)
Thanks to you for the amazing encouragement and for keeping up with your blog-for real! I love hearing about your life :) How's that puppy? And your sis?
Yeah, that party is on!! but I just want you to come for a "whatever" party... like graduation?!!!
